1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all districts in Kerala. For orders outside Kerala, please contact us on WhatsApp to check availability and charges.
2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation and payment.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery within Kerala normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) depend on your location and order value and will be shared with you on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier name and tracking details on WhatsApp.
6. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, strikes or courier issues beyond our control. We will keep you updated.
